1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Sandravico Co. website or renting our portable sanitation equipment, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Rental Agreement

All rentals are subject to a separate written rental agreement that specifies delivery dates, servicing schedule, rental duration, and pricing. The customer is responsible for providing safe, level access to the delivery location.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure the rental area is accessible to our service trucks at all times.
• Do not move or relocate units without written approval.
• Do not dispose of chemicals, paint, or hazardous waste in the units.
• Notify us of damage or vandalism within 24 hours.

4. Payment

Invoices are due within the terms stated on each invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees. We accept major credit cards, ACH, and checks.

5. Liability

Sandravico Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our equipment. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental in question.

6. Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled delivery incur no fee. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a delivery fee.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
